Welcome Ladies, we are excited to share with you this first edition of KW HUBS Newsletter, and we are hoping this can be a touch point for women, young and old of all ages and generations.
HUBS (Helping U Grow Stronger) is a safe place to connect with other women of all ages, young, old, or in-between, who share common interests. Through the activities and connections, we are hoping that you will grow stronger as a woman of faith, and use your gifts and skills to express God’s grace and love in the company of your other girlfriends.

We have an amazing team of 7 leaders who bring their gifts and skills to their leadership role: Carrie, Gloria, Lorna, Nicole, Odalis, Myriam and Sonia! We hope you’ll have a chance to connect with each one of these wonderful, talented women.

Fruit Trifle
An easy, beautiful no-bake treat, this fruit trifle recipe is made with layers of angel food cake, fresh fruit, and whipped topping.
Ingredients:
- 3 oz. (one box) cheesecake instant pudding mix
- 1½ cups milk
- 8 oz. whipped topping (Cool Whip); thawed
- 15 oz. angel food cake; store-bought, box cake or homemade
- 2 cups strawberries; quartered
- 1 pint fresh blueberries
Instructions
- Slice the angel food cake and then dice each slice into 4 squares.
- In a large mixing bowl, add the instant pudding mix and milk. Whisk together until combined.
- Add 4 oz. of the whipped topping and whisk into the pudding mixture.
- Set aside a few strawberries and blueberries to add to the top of the trifle if desired.
- In a trifle bowl or other large glass bowl, add half of the angel food cake squares.
- Then, add half of the strawberries and half of the blueberries.
- Add all of the cheesecake pudding and spread it evenly over the fruit layer.
- Add the remaining cake cubes over the pudding and then layer the remaining strawberries and blueberries.
- Top with the remaining 4 oz. of whipped topping (and extra fruit, if desired).
