Member’s Meeting Information
Following this special service, we’ll have a Members’ Meeting at 11:45 AM. When you arrive for the service, please check-in in the atrium to pick up your ballot. There is no pre-registration needed. Please arrive and check in on-location. Check-in will close at the start of the members’ meeting and you will not have an opportunity to pick up a ballot once the meeting begins.
All are welcome to stay for the Members’ Meeting, but only active members in good standing are eligible to vote.
If you cannot attend in person, you can vote by proxy if you provide a signed letter stating your voting intention (yes/no). The person voting on your behalf does not need to be a member but must be able to produce a signed letter (GKM By-laws, Section 9.6).
Childcare is available for the service at 10 AM and the Members’ Meeting. Please check your children in as you normally would at the Kid’s Min Desk.
