Members Meeting

On Sunday, May 28, 2023, we will have one Sunday Gathering at 10:00 AM. Immediately following our gathering, at 11:45 AM, there will be a Special Member’s Meeting where GKM members will vote to affirm the presented candidate (Pastor Ben Johnston) as their next Lead Pastor.

Before, during and shortly after the 10 AM gathering, members can check in at one of the coffee bars and pick up a paper ballot. Once the Member’s Meeting begins at 11:45 AM, registration will be closed, and ballots will no longer be distributed.

Rev. Jason Luscombe, District Superintendant for the Eastern Ontario & Nunavut District of the PAOC, will chair the Special Members Meeting. After collecting and counting ballots from the approved scrutineers, Rev. Jason Luscombe will announce the outcome (yes/no), not the numerical result.
